Our Story

Lotus Loft was born in December of 2014, starting out as a small studio room inside Back in Action Medical Center in June of 2013. In just 6 short months, Back in Action Yoga became so popular in the community that we started growing out of our space. The loft above Back in Action Medical Center was empty and the space was born. We started small, but our family now includes many instructors and and a wonderful Karmi program.

Friends first, with a common passion, had the idea to have a studio space in our small community that was family oriented, fostered by love, driven by passion and judgement free. That is who we are and when you walk into Lotus Loft for the first time, that is exactly what you will feel!
